WHEREAS the Commissioner of Highways has prepared preliminary plans
for the improvement of a part of Trunk Highway Number 280 renumbered as
Trunk Highway Number 280 within the corporate limits of the City of St. Paul
from Franklin Ave. (Jct. FAI 94) to Great Northern Ry. Bridge; and
WHEREAS said preliminary plans are on file in the office of the
Department of Highways, St. Paul , Minnesota, being marked, labeled, and
identified as Layout No. 13, S.P. 6242-17 (280=280) fr�n Franklin Ave.
p�� (Jct. FAI 94) to 6reat Northern Ry. Bridge; and
WHEREAS copies of said preliminary plans as so marked, labeled, and
identified are also on file in the office of the Cornnissioner of Public Works;
and

HEREAS the term said preliminary plans as hereinafter used in the
body of this resolution shall be deemed and intended to mean, refer to, and
to incorporate the preliminary plans as in the foregoing recitals parti-
cularly identified and described;
NOW, THEN, BE IT RESOLVED that said preliminary plans for the improve-
ment of Trunk Highway Number 280 renumbered Trunk Highway Number 280 within
the limits of the City of St. Paul be and hereby are approved.
