WHEREAS, The Department of Finance has received a claim check,
No. 11-881740, in the amount of $220.00 from the Allstate Insurance
Company in favor of the City of Saint Paul and Phalen Park Landscaping
Company; and
WHEREAS, Said check is meant to reimburse Phal�n Park Landscaping
Company for replacement of the boulevard tree at 2499 Nokomis Avenue;
and
WHEREAS, It appears �hat the City of Saint Paul has no interest
in this check in that the tree was replaced by said Phalen Park Land-
scaping Conpany; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the proper Gity officers are hereby directed and
authorized to endorse said check on behalf of the City of Saint Paul
and forward the same to the said Phalen Park Landscaping Company.
