The Council of the City of St. Paul having received the report of the Commissioner of Finance
upon�the above improvement, and having considered said repart, hereby resolves:
1: That the sa,id report and the same is hereby approved and adopted, and the said improvement
is hereby ordered to be proceeded with.
2. That the`nature of the improvement which the Council recommends is
to construct public storm sewer in HATCH AVS. from Colne 3t. to Milton St.; i�► COLNE
ST. fram Hatch Ave. to Orchard Ave.; in OxCHABD AVE. fro� Colne St. to Avon St.; in
BARRFTT ST. fram fl�tch Ave. to Orchard Ave,; in VICTORIA ST. from Orchard Ave. to Como
- Ave. ; in JESSAMINE AVE. from Grotto St. to Victoria St. ; and in an ease�ent startin�
at the iat�rsection of Como Ave. and Victoria St. and runui�►g in a NorthWesterly
direction to Lake Coffio and there outletting. All to be known aa the ORCHA8D-6ROTT0

Resolved Further, That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the 16th day af
December, 1969 , ; at the hour of'10 o'elcek A.M., in the Cauncil Chamber of the Court
House and City Hail Building in the City of St. Paul. That the Comtnissioner of F�nance give notice af
said meetin� to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, stating the time and place of
