A public hearing having been had upon the above improvement upon due notice, and the Council having
heard all pereone, objectiona and recommendatione relative thereto, and having fully considered the eame;
therefore, be it
RFSOLVED, By the Council of the City of 8a,int Paul that the precise nature, extent and kind of im-
provement to be msde by the eaid Citq ie condemning and taking an easement in the land
necessary for the slopes, cuts and fi11s, including right of removal of lateral
support fram subject land or remairn�r thereof, occasioned by excavations thereof
or construction of slopes in the grading and surfacing with bituminous material�,�#iE
Clark Street fram Jessamine Avenue to Geranium Avenue, —�0--l��-
and the Council hereby ordere eaid improvemente to be mede.
RE$OLVED FURTHER, that the following land, lande or easemente therein be and the same are
hereby ordered to be taken, sppropriated and condemned for the purpose of making esid improvemente, vi$.:
