WHEREAS, Council File No. 248354, approved April
10, 19'70, provided that the Council of the City of Saint
Paul would welcome, appreciate and encourage contributions
from the own���- �f tax exempt property to help defray
the expense of providing services to their properties ; and
WHEREAS, said Council File provided that a copy
of the resolut ion be sei�.t to all ins titutions and corpora-
tions exempt from municipal taxes; and
WAE REAS, the Ramsey County Department of Data
Processing provided address labels of those exempt proper-
ties and has issued invoice No. C-1154, dated April 21, 1970,
in the amount of �520.45 for said services,
Now, Therefore be it
RESOLVED� by the Council of the City of Saint Paul ,
that the proper City officers are hereby authorized and
directed to pay said invoice , to be charged to Miscellaneous
and Unforeseen activities account 0954; and be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, That Council File No . 248545,
approved April 23, 1970, is hereby re'scinded.
