COUNCIL RESOLUTION—GENERAL FORM
PRESENTED BY
COMMISSIONE ATF
RESOLVED, that the Council hereby ratifies and approves the action
of the Saint Paul Board of Appeals and Review for the Housing, Building
and Fire Prevention Codes at its meeting of February 25, 1970 , pertaining
to the property located at 1852 Dayton Ave. , owned by Mrs. Almere
Schneider and described as:
Lot 1, Block 11, Merriam Park 2nd Addition;
waiving the requirements of Section 54 .11 (3) of the Saint Paul Legislative
Code necessitating that an additional bathtub or shower be installed on
the first floor and Section 54.15 (3) necessitating vacation of the third
floor oceupancy at said property; and be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, that such waiver be granted until such time as
the property at 1852 Dayton Ave. be sold or the ownership transferred
at which time said waiver be nullified; and be it
FINALLY RESOLVED, that the City Clerk is hereby authorized and
directed to send a copy of this resolution to the Ramsey County
Register of Deeds.
