� OUNCIL RESOLUTION—GENERAL FORM
PRESENTED BY
COMMISSIONE DATF
RE50LVED, that the Council hereby ratifies and approves the
action of the Saint Paul Board of Appeals and Review for the Housing,
Building and Fire Prevention Code at its meeting of October 22, 1969,
pertaining to the property located at 1869 LaCrosse, owned by Henry
Muehlegger and described as :
Lot 23 , Block 1, Hazel Park Division No. 2;
waiving the requirement of Section 54.14 (5) of the Saint Paul Legislative
Code that every habitable room of a dwelling or multiple dwelling
contain at least two separate and remote outlets for the kitchen,
dining room and northwest bedroom at 1869 LaCrosse; and be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, that such waiver be granted until such time as
the property at 1869 La Crosse be sold or the ownership transferred
at which time said waiver be nullified; and be it
FINALLY RESOLVED, that the City Clerk is hereby authorized and
directed to send a copy of this resolution to the Ramsey County
Register of Deeds.
