RESOLVED, that the Council hereby ratifies and appxoves the action
of the Saint Paul Board of Appeals and Review for the Housing, Building
and Fire Prevention eodes at its meeting of October 8, 1969 , pertaining
to the property located at 1885 East Ivy, owned by Angela Stevens and
described as :
Ex. West 80 ' that part South of alley, Lot B, Block 16 , Hayden He�c�3lts.
waiving Section 54.13 (5) of the Saint Paul Legislative Code that every
habitable room of a dwelling or multiple dwelling contain at least two
separate and remote outlets on condition that a hand rail meeting Housing
and Building Code requirements be installed from the first floor to the
basement at 1885 East Ivy; and be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, that such waiver be granted until such time as
the property at 1885 East Ivy be sold or the ownership transferred at
which time said waiver be nullified; and be it
FINALLY RESOLVED, that the City Clerk is hereby authorized and
directed to send a copy of this resolution to the Ramsey County Register
of Deeds.
