PRESENTED BY

RESOLVED, that the Council hereby ratifies and approves the action
of the Saint Paul Board of Appeals and Review for the Housing, Building
and Fire Prevention Codes at its meeting of November 12 , 1969 pertaining
to the property located at 1650-1652 Ashland, owned by Donald Opp and
Dennis Schaefer and described as:
Lot 6 , Block 15, Schroeder' s Addition
waiving the requirement of Section 54.15 (3) of the Saint Paul Legislative
Code that no wood frame dwelling be occupied above the second floor
except where the original construction provided for such type of
occupancy on condition that the third floor occupancy be occupied by
one of the two aforementioned owners; and be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, that such waiver be granted until such time as
the property at 1650-1652 Ashland be sold or the ownership transferred
at which time said waiver be nullified; and be it
FINALLY RESOLVED, that the City Clerk is hereby authorized and
directed to send a copy of this resolution to the Ramsey County
Register of Deeds.
