RESOLVED, that the Council hereby ratifies and approves the action of
the St. Paul Board of Appeals and Review for the Housing, Building and
Fire Prevention Codes at its meeting of February 25, 1970, pertaining to
the property at 780 Cedar Ave. , owned by Mr. and Mrs. Bert Sandberg and
described as:
S. 27 ' of Lot 3 of Hinken' s Rearrangement;
waiving the requirement of Section 54.11 of the Saint Paul Legislative
Code that each dwelling unit be equipped with a water closet, lavatory
and bathtub or shower on condition that each of the three second floor
dwelling units sharing one bathroom on the second floor of said
property shall be limited to one occupant each and not more than three
occupants shall share aforesaid facilities; and be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, that such waiver be granted until such time as
the property at 780 Cedar Ave. be sold or the ownership transferred at
which time said waiver be nullified; and be it
FINALLY RESOLVED, that the City Clerk is hereby authorized and
directed to send a copy of this resolution to the Ramsey County
Register of. Deeds.
