COMMISSIONE DAT�
RESOLVED, that the Council hereby ratifies and approves the action
of the Saint Paul Board of Appeals and Review for the Housing, Building
and Fire Prevention Codes at its meeting of December 10 , 1969 , pertaining
to the properties located at 368-370-372 Goodhue, owned by Charles E.
Andreen and described as :
Lot 5, Block 10, Winslow' s Addition;
waiving for 368-370 Goodhue, the requirement of Section 54.11 (2) of the
Saint Paul Legislative Code that each dwelling unit be equipped with a
hand lavatory, on condition that all Housing Code deficiencies itemized
in letters dated October 8, 1969 , September 16, 1969 and September 15,
1969 from the Bureau of Health to Mr. Charles Andreen and concerning
368-370-372 Goodhue respectively be corrected on or before June 1, 1970;
and be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, that such waiver be granted until such time as
the property be sold or the ownership transferred at which time said
waiver be nullified; and be it
FINP,LLY RESOLVED, that the City Clerk is hereby authorized and
directed to send a copy of �his resolution .to �he Ramsey County
Register of Deeds.
