the southwesterly street line of University Avenue; thence southeasterly along the
southwesterly street line of University Avenue a distance of 42.80 faet; thence
southwesterly counterclockwise along a tangential circular curve, radius 25.OQ feet,
central angle 119 degrees 25 �inutes, to the east street line of Cleveland Avenue;
thence northerly along the east street line of Cleveland Avanue to the point of
beginning. .

The Council of the City of St. Paul having received the report of the Cammissioner of Finance
upon the above improvement, and having considered said,repo�t, hereby resolves:
T. That the said report and tl�e sasne is hereby approved a,nd adopted, and the said improuement
is hereby orderefl to be proceeded with. - °
2. That the n�ture of the improvement which the Council recom.mends is
to open, widen and egtend CLEVELAND AVENUE (City Projeet P-0088AR) by condemning and
taking that part of the Northwest quarter of Section 33, T 29N, R 23W,fa rhe City of
St. Paul,. described as follows:
Beginning at the.intersectior� of the east street 'line of Cleveland Avenn� and
the southwesterly street line of University Avenue; thence southeasterly along the
southwesterly street line of University-Avenue a distance of 42.80 feet; thence :

Resolved Further, That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the 9th day of
June, 1970 , , at the hour of 10 o'clock A.M., in the Council Chamber of the Court
House and City Hall Building in the City af St. Paul. 'That the Commissioner of Finance give`notice of
said meeting to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, stating the time and place of
hearing, the nature of the`improvement and the total coat thereof as eatir�iated.
