In the Matter of improving CLEVELAND AVENETE frrnn'I:S. 94 to University Avenue (City
Pro�ect P-U088A) as follaws: widen, grade and pave; construct curb; construct street
and driveway retnrcis; construct storm water drainage facilities; construct sewer,
water and gas service connections; reconstruct a traffic control system; construct
concrete walk on the West side of CLeveland Ane. from I.S. 94 to University Ave.
and on the East side of Cleveland Ave. fram 75 feet south of University Ave. to
University Ave.; and do all other work which is necessary and incidental to complete
said improvement.

The Council of the City of St. Paul having received the report of the Commissioner of F�nance
upon the above improvement, and having considered said report, hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved and adopted, and the said improvement
is hereby ordered to be proceeded with.
2. That the nature of the improvement which the Council recommends is
to improne CLEVELAND AVENLiL from I.S. 94 to University Avenne (City Project P-0088A)
as follaws: widen� grade and pave; construct curb; construct street and drive�aay
returns; construct storm water draiva�e_ fac.i,�,ities; construct s�,wer, watex and gar�
service couneetions; reconstruct a traffic control system; construct coacrete walk
on the West si.de of Cleveland Ave. from I.S. 94 to University Ave. ��d onthe East
side of Cleveland Ave. from 75 feet south of University Ave. to University Ave.;
and do all other work which is necessary and incidental to complete said improvement.

Resolved Further, That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the 9 th day of
,�une. 1970 , at the hour of 10 o'clock A.M., in the Council Chamber of the Court
House and City Ha11 Building in the City of St. Paul. That the Commissioner of Finance give notice of
said meeting to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, stating the time and place of
hearing, the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
