RESOLVED FURTHER, that the following land, lande or easemente therein be and the eame are
hereby ordered to be f,sken, appropriated and condemned for the purpoee of making eaid improvemente, vis.:

including right of removal of lateral support from subject land or remainder thereof,
occasioned by excavations thereof or construction of slopes in the grading and surfacing
with bituminous material the alley in Bik. 2, FAIRVIEW ADDITI�1 from Cook to 65' North
(G-1890).
BFSOLVED FURTHER, That the Commiseioner of Public Worka be and ia hereby inatructed and
directed to prepare plane and epecifications for eaid improvement, and the proper city officiale are hereby ,:
euthorised and directed to proceed with the making of e$id improvement in accordance therewith.
