WHEREAS, the Community Services Department of the
Housing and Redevelopment Authority of the City of Saint
Paul has made written application to the Council for per-
mission to hold a dance at the Roosevelt Housing Project
on the parking lot near Hazelwood Avenue on May g, 1970�
between the hours of 9:00 P.M. and 12:00 P.M. ; and
WHEREAS, such written application satisfies the
requirements of Section 405 of the Saint Paul Legislative
Code,
Now, Therefore , be it
RESOLVED� That the Council of the City of Saint
Paul hereby authorizes and directs the City Clerk to issue
such permit to the Community Services Department of the
Housing and Redevelopment Authority.
