Dear 5ir:
The St. Paul Police Pistol Club Inc. is going to conduct
a Firearms Safety Training Course for children of police personnel. This
course is a recognized course under the State of Minnesota Conservation
Department.
I, Robert F. Morehead, am a certified instructor,
#M30175, in this program and as such the state of Minnesota carries a
liability insurance policy in the amount of $100,000.00. This insurance
is carried by the state of Minnesota under Statute 97.85. We are asking
the city of St. Paul for permission to use the Target Range in the Public
Safety Building one night of this four week course. Only 22 cal rifle
will be shot on this night under ample supervision and instructors.
This program meets with the approval of this Police
Department and is requesting your approval. �
