RESOLPE�: That Ap�lication L-254� for Drive-In-Restasurant Lieense� applied for by �auer, Inc.
at 1321-31 Arcade Street, be and the same is hereby granted, subject to the eomplia.nce
with the provisions of all ordinance� �overning the operation of parking lots, and
subject to the further conditions as followss
1. That the driveways on ivy gvenue be alosed and discontinued.
2. That there shall be no access to the alley on the West or Ivy 9venue.
3. That a buffer be provided on the West and North of the premises, to be planted
with poplar trees, and that a b�per fence be installed at the alley.
4. 3'hat off-duty police officers �e provided durin� the peak hours.

shall be improved.
