OFFICE OF THE CITY CLERK -, UN L RESOLUTION-GENERAL FORM PRESENTED BY COMMISSIONE � DATF WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Saint Paul, by its Resolutiori, Council File No . 248417, approved April 15, 1970, did authorize the making of an application to the Secretary of Health, Education and Welfare for the traisfer of the title to the Old Federal Courts Building from the United States Government to the City of Saint Paul ; and WI�REAS, Minnesota Landmarks, a Minnesota nonprofit corporation, was duly formed for the purpose of aiding in the restoration, management and display of buildings and land of importance in Minnesota history and cultural development, and the Articles of Incorporation of Minnesota Landmarks prescribes that its Board of g Directors shall consist of the mayor of the City of Saint Paul and others appointed by the mayor and approved by the council of the City of Saint Paul� and the mayor having made such appointments, Now, Therefore, it is hereby RESOLVED� by the Council of the City of Saint Paul hereby � o concurs in and approves the appointment of the following named � persons as Directors of Minnesota Landmarks, for the terms • designated following their respective names, said terms to 0 3' commence as of the date of publication of this Resolution; -, -v v � Frank D.
