The Counci� of the City of St. Paul having received the report of the Commiasioner of Finance
upon the above improvement, and havi�g considered said report, iiereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the same ia hereby approved and adopted, and the said improvement -
is hereby ordered to be proceeded with. -
2. That the nature of the improvement which the Council recornmends`is
to reconstract the sidewalk on both sides of B1air Ave. fraea Aldiae St. 'to Fry St.
and bq doing all other �ork which is necessarq snd incidental to co�plate said
iffiprovmsent, exdept where geo� and anffi�i�nt poc�red aidexal�CS no� exist.
with no altematives, and that the estimated cost thereof is $3.80 per lin. ft. for 5' walk
$4.60 per lin. ft. for 6' Walk
Resolved Further, That a public he�ring be had on said improvement on the Sth day of
June, 1670 , at the hour of 10 o'clock A.M., in the Council Ch;amber of the Court
House and City Hall Building in the City of St. Paul. That the Commissioner of Finance give notice of
said meeting to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, stating the time and place of
hearing, the natu,re of the improvement and the total �ost thereof as estimated.
