under Preliminary Order 248��9 approved April 9, 1970
The Council of the City of St. Paul having received the report of the Commissioner of F�nance
upon the above improvement, and having considered said report, hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved and adopted, and the said improvement
is hereby ordered:to be proceeded vvith. - � °
2. That the nature of the improvement which the Council recammends is
to reconstruet the sid�alk on the west �ide of Fry St. fro� Hubbard Ave. to Hewitt
Ave. and by doing all other work which is necessary and i�cidental to co�plete said
improvement, except where good and sufficient poured sid�walks no� exist.
with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof is $ 3.80 per lin. ft. for 5' walk
$4.60 per lin. ft. for 6' walk
Resolved Further, That a public heaxing`be had on said improvement on the` Sth day of
June, 1970 , at the hour of 10 o'clock A.M., in the Council Chamber of the Court
House and City Hall Building in the City of St. Pat�l. That the Commissioner of Finance give notice of
said meeting to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, stating the time and place of
hearing, the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereaf as estimated.
