The Council of the City of St. Paul having received tl�e report of the Commissioner of Finance
upon the above improvement, and having considered said report, hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved and adopted, a�d the said impxovement
is hereby ordered ta be proceeded with.
2. That the nature of the improvement which the Council recommends is
to reconstruct the sideWalk on the south side of 3cudder Ave. frosd`Atty SC:-tQ Gordvn
- Ave. and by daing all oth�r wmrk vhich is aecessary and incideatal to co�plete said
improveeaeut, �xcept where �ood a�d sufficient po�red sidewalka now exist.
with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof is ��•80 per lin.` Et. for 5' valk
$4..60 per lin. .ft. for 6' walk
Resolved Further, That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the st� day of
June, 1970 , , at the hour of 10 o'clock A.M., in the Council Chamber of the Court
House and City Ha11 Building in the City of St. Paul. That the Commissioner of Finance give notice of
said meeting to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, statix�g the time and plac� of
hearing, the na,ture of the improvement and the total c�o,st thereof as estimated.
