The Council of the City of St. Paul having received the report of the Commissioner of Finance
upon the above improvement, and having considered said report, hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved and adopted, and the said improvement
is hereby ordered to be praceeded with.
2. That the nature of the improvement which the Council recommends is
to reconstruct the sidewalk cxi the west side of Cypress St. from Kudson Road to
Wakefield Place and by doing all other work which is necessary and incidentai to
cc�nplete said improvement, except where good and sufficient poured sidewalks naw
exist.
with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof is $ 3.80 per lin. ft. for 5' walk
$4.60 per lin. ft. for 6' walk
Resolved Further, That a public heaxing be had on said improvement on the Sth , day of
��,.p - , at the hour of 10 o'clock A.M., in the Council Chamber of the Court
House and City Hall Building in the City of St. PauL That the Cammisaioner of Finance giue notice of
said meeting to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, sta.ting the time and place of
heaxing, the nature of the improvement and the total cast thereof as estimated.
