The Council of the City of St. Paul having received the report af th�e Commissioner of Finance
upon ttre above improvement, and having considered said repc�rt, hereby resolves;
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved and adopted, and� the said improvement
' is hereby ordered to be proceeded with.
2. That the nature of the improve�ent which the Council reeommends is
to raconstruct the aidewall� �n both sides of IIniv�rsitq Ave. fr�m Hamline Avm. tv
�rndic�te St. pox�ions of which will be replaced with integral. cnrb and aide�+a�ltc ;aad�
by doing all other work �hich is necessary and iacidental to cc►aplete �aid inprovpunt,

Resolved Further, That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the �ch day of -
Juae, 1970 , at the hour of 10 o'clock A.M., in the Council Chamber of the Court
Honse and City Ha11 Building in the �City of St. Paul. That the Commissioner of Finance give notice of
said meeting to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, stating the time and place of
hearing, the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
