The Council of the City of St. Paul having reeeived the report of the Commissioner of �5inance
upon the above improvement, "and having considered said report, hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved and adopted, and the said improvement
is hereby ordered to be proceeded with.
2. That the nature of the improvement which �he Cc>uncil recommends is
to rECOnstruct thd aidewalk on the seuth �ide of Bayard Av�. from Jv��phine Pl�ce
to S�e Place and by doiag all other work which is necessary a�d incidental to
crnaplete said improvemeat, except where gaod and sufficient poured sid�walka naw
exist.

Resolved Further, That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the Sth day of
Juae� 1970 , at the hour of 10 o'clock A.M., in �he Cauncil Chamber of the Court
House and City Hall Buiiding in the City af St. Paul. That the Comrnissioner of Finance give notice of
said meeting to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, stating the time and place of
hearing, the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated,
