The Council of the City of St. Paul having received the report of the Cor�unissioner of FS.nance
upon the abov� improvement, and having considered said report, hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved and adopted, and the said improvement
is hereby ordered to be proceeded with.
2. That the nature of the improvement which �he Council recommends is
to reconstruct the sidewalk on the south side of Concordi8 Avenue trcr� Snelling,
_ Anenue to Fry Street and bq .doin� all other work`which is nec�s�ary and ina�de�atal
to complete said ia�provemeat, except where it ia deterafned th�tt good and su�iicieffit
