The Council of the City of St, Paul having received the report of the Commissioner of Finane�
upon the above improvement, and having considered said report; hereby resolves: _
1. That the sa:id report and the same is hereby approued and adopted, and the said improvemen�
ia hereby ordered to be proceeded with.
2. That the nature of the improvement which the Council recommends.i�
to condemn and take an eaeenent in the land necessary for the slopes, cnts and �
fi11s, including right of r�oval of lateral support.' from eubject l�nd or remainder
thereof, occasioned by excavations thereof or constructioa of slopes in the grading
and surfacing aad constructing side�ralk on WEID1►. BTR�ET fron �Iawthorne Ave. to
Ayaeinth Ave. (G-1890), in accordance with th� blueprint her�Co attached and �ade
a part hereof, the hatched portions shawing the cuts and the sh�ded portions _showing
the fills,
with no albernatives, and that the estimated cast thereof is $ 600.00
Resolved Further, That a public heaxing be had on said improvement on the 4th day of
J�ne� 14ZQ , at the hour of 10 dclock A.M., in the Coun.cil Chamber of the Court
House and City Hall Buitding in the City of St. Paul. That the Commisaioner of Finance give notice of
said meeting`to� the persons and in the manner.provided by the Charter, stating the time and place of
hearing, the nature of the improvement and the total eost thereof as estimated.
