The Council of the City of St. Paul having received the report of the Co�nmissioner of Finance
upon the above improvement, and having considered said report, hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved and adopted, and the said improvement
is hel�by ordered to be proceeded with.
2. That the nature of the improvement which the Council recommenda is :
to condmm and take an easeaeat in the la�d necessary for the alopes, cuts sai
fills, including right of re�val of lateral support from subj�,ct `1#ta�d o�°
remai,nder ther�of, occasioned`bq eacavations thereof or construction of slopes in
the grading, anr�acing and constructing sidewalle on WALSS STRBET fram Orange,Ave. to �
Hyacinth Ave., in accor�lance With the bluepriat hereto attached and aade a part
hereaf, the hatched portions sl�awing the cuts and the shaded portions aha�ing the
fills, (G-I890)
with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof is $ ,150.00
Resolv�d Further, That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the �+�h day of
June, 1970 , at the hour of 10 dclock A.M., in the Council Chamber of the Court
House and City Hall Building in the City of St. Paul. That the Commissio�er of Finance give notice of`
said meeting to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, stating the time and place of
hearing, the,nature of the improvement and the total c�a,st thereof a.s eatimated.
