WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 3250 authorizes and provides for
payment for overtime work, and
WHERFAS, the Commissioner of Public IItilities has
suthorized a�vertime work in the Water Department during the
period from April 18,1970 to May 1,1970: therefore be it
R£SOLVID, that the proper City officers are hereby author-
ized to paq the empl oyees who perf ormed such overtime work in
accordance with the provisions of Ordinance No. 6446 and No. �
3250.
