The City received the donation from 3M for this equipment (and filfed out the grant application) and IS purchased and installed them. What do we have to do legally to transfer the ownership, as requested, to our community partner? We would like to do this ASAP. There is an advantage to us that we will not be responsible for their repair, operation and replacement. The partnership issues make this a prudent course of action for the current and future operation of this computer lab. file://C:Documents%20and%20Settings\palmerL,oca1%20Settings\Temp\GW}00034.HTM 9/15/2003 /Lf 'nm, cf-eYS 03-Ss ztfu/z e -m Grant Application Form26174-D-PWO Thrs form expedites our 2view of your 2quest.
