To the Commissioner of Finance of the City of St. Paul:
Th� Co�issioner of Public Works, having had under consideration the preliminary
order of the Council known as Council File No. 247680 approved
Feb, 27th. 19 70 relative to constrqctinr� the sidewalk on the west
side of Wirethrop St. from the north uroverty li�e of EdAebrook St. (extended) to
Upper Afton Road and by doin�t all other work whi�ch is necessarv and incidental to
complete said improvement.
and having investigated the matters and things referred to therein, hereby reports:
1. The estimated cost thereof is $3.80 per lin. ft. for standard sidewalk
