WHEREAS, The Council is informed that a nuisance
consisting of rubbish, which provides harbor for rodents
and other vermin exists on the property located at south
50 feet of Lot 1 & 2�Block 3 (911 Agate) , for which the
owner of recordf Anthony Gartner, which nuisance constitutes
a hazard to the public health, welfare and safety, now,
therefore be it;
RESOLVED, That pursuant to the Charter and the Legislative
Code, the Commissioner of Public Safety is hereby directed
to remove surr�narily and forthwith said nuisance, the cost
to be charged against Fund i�o. 0979, and to notify the
County Auditor on or before October 1 of the year in which
said cost is ascertained for collection in the same manner
as taxes against said property.
