"Accountant II" ie being scheduled, and
WHER�S, inveatigation makes it evident that a
sufficient eligible list cannot be obtained f`rom among
the residents of the City� and

to extend c�etition to persons livirig out�side of the City;
no�w therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the residence requirement� for admission
to the examination as provided in Section 10 D of the Civil
