RESOLVED, that the Council hereby ratifies and approves the
action of the Sa3.nt Pau1 Board of Appeals and Review for the
Housing� Building and Fire Prevention Codes at its meet3ng of
September 10� TQ69, perta.ining to the property located at
241 West George� owned by Peter P, Kaiser and described as:
Lot t2� Block 3� Nelson� Stevens and Kingls Addition
to West Saint Paul;
waiving� the requ3rement of Section 54.'tT of the Saint Paul
Leg�islative CQde that each dwellin� unit be equipped with a water
closet� lavatory and bathtub or shower on condition that each
dwe113ng unit which is not equipped with aforesaid facilities
shall be limited to one occupant and not mare than two occupants
shall share aforesaid facilities; and be it
FURTHER RESOLVED� That such waiver be granted unt31 such time
as the praperty at 2�+? West George be sold or the ownersh3p trans-
ferred at which time said waiver be nullified; and be it
F2N.ALLY RESOLVED� That the C3ty Clerk is hereby authorized
and directed to send a copy of this resolut3on to the Ramsey County
Register of Deeds.
