RESOLVED, that an extra in the amount of $28, 290. 00 be allowed
under Contract No. L-7180 between the City of Saint Pau1 and. the Lovering
Construction Company, said contract for the Construction of Concord Terrace
Multi-Service Center, and said extra to cover the following:
1. Weatherstrip all exterior wood doors with bronze
weatherstrip and. bottom sweep strip and aluminum
drips at doors 114B, 115B, 116B, and 117B $ 591. 00
2. Revis e grading of north d,riveway in accordance with
drawings from the Housing & Redevelopment Authority 870. 00
3. Ad.d ceiling mounted exit sign at ZL3A added in Add.end.um #1 147. 00
4. Add wood furred ceiling to east end of Corridor 211 and
in room 212 and room 302. 202. 00
5. Add cabinets and book shelves in rooms 122, 218, 220,
310 through 318. Add soundproofing between wood deck
and concrete block walls and wood. deck and brick walls
on third floor. Per plans. 6, 044. 00
6. Relocate wall hydrant from room 116 to room 122 120. 00
7. Clean and repair lead.ed glas s windows to be installed
in Room 219 135. 00
8. Add burglar alarm system throughout building 8, 290. 00
