RESOLVED, That the said assesament be and the same is hereby in a11 respects approved.
RESOLVED FURTHER, Tha,t a public heaxing be had an said assessment on the 28th
day of �7�, 1�70 , at th� hour of 10 o'clock A. M., in the Council Chamber of
the Court Houae and City Ha11 Building, in the City of St. Paul; that the Commissioner of Finan.ce
give natice of said meetings, as required by the Charter, sta.ting in said notice the time and place of
hearing, the nature of the improvement, and the amount assesaed against the lot or lots of'the particular
owner to whom the notice is directed.
