The Council o�; the City of St. Paul havin� received the report of the Commissioner of Finance
upon the above improvement, and having conaidered said report,;hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved and adopted, and the said improvement
is hereby ordered to be prceeeded with.
2. That the nature of the improvernent which the Council recommends is
to eoastruct ne� sidawalk on both sides of Haacock St. fraaa E. 4th St. to Margaret
St. and bp doiug all other werk which is necessa�ry a$d incidental to ce�aq�lete said
improvement.

Resolved Further, That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the 27th , day of

sa,id meeting to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, stating the time and place of
