WHEREAS, Ordinance Nm. 3250 authorizes and p�ovides
for payaient for overtiaae work, and
WHEREAS, the Coiarai ss i oner of Pub l i c Works has
auti�orized overtime work i� his department during the
period from July 11 thru July 24, 1970: therefore be it
R6SOlVED, that the proper City Officers are hereby
authorized to pay the employees who performed such ove�time
work i� accordance with the provisions of Ordinances
No. 6446 and No. 3250.
