IT IS AL50 UNDER5TOOD and a condition of the granting of said easement that Second Party will restore said lands to as good or better condition as it was prior to time of excavation for said sewer, and that Second Party will restore any fencing, sod, sidewalks, parking lots, drive- ways or other improvements that are removed or become damaged during the process of excavation or subsequent repair of said sewer.
