COMMISSIONE
' � WHEREAS, The City of St. Paul has received an Open-
Space Land Grant from the Department of Housing and Urban Development
of the United States of America to assist in the acquisition of
.
the Loeb Lake Park Site, and
WHEREAS, The State of Minnesota, through its Natural _
Resource Fund, has made funds available to the City of St. Paul
to assist in matching the federal grant for the acquisition of
Loeb Lake Park; now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED, That the Commissioner of Parks and
Recreation and Public Buildings is hereby authorized to accept
this grant from the State of Minnesota in the amount of $65,268.75,
a�td to depvsit same in "P.I.R. Fund 6000-R (L-7234)."
