WHEREAS, The Department of Public Works is responsible
for solid waste disposal in the City of St. Paul and,
WHEREAS, There is a need for effective planning for the
disposal of solid waste, and '
WHEREAS, In prepaxation for the closing out of the
Landf"ill Operations at the Pigs Eye and Fish Hatchery Landfill
certain detailed plans must be developed to provide contaurs
and elevation for final grading after cover in the entire area,
now therefore be it
RESOLVED, That the sum of $�,000.00 be set up in the
Permanent Improvement Revolving Fund Code 6000 for the purpose of
financ3r� the above and this fund to be reimbursed from Landfi7l-
Public Dumps Fund Code 2210.
