RESOLVED, That the Commissioner of Yublic Works be aad he is hereby
authorized and directed to cause the necessary sidewalk extension to be
constructed at the location listed below by Pederson Bros. Cemeat Con-
tractors Inc. under their annual sidewalk contract for District No. 1,
known as Comptroller's Contract L No. 7277, at a cost not to exceed
$175.00 based on the unit prices bid for monolithic concrete sidewalk
and other work incidental thereto which cost is to be charged against the
P. I. R. FUND-TAX EXEMPT PROPERTIES.
On the northeast corner of Smith Ave. and Winona St. full corner.
