The Council of the`City of St. Paul having received the repart of the Commissioner of Finance
upon the above improvement, and having considered said report, Ytereby resolve�::
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved and adapted, and the said improvement
is hereby ordered to lie prceeeded with.
2. That the nature of the improvement which the CounciT recomnlends is
to grade amd aurface with bitum�inous material the a11e� ia• Block 5, I.a�e's Highl�d
park aa�t ��es� �earrangement from �lfeet east of tha rrest line of Lot 6, Eyrnee'
8earrangement to Ho��ll 3treet, G-1925 .
with no alternatives, and that the estimated coat thereof is �8,?1�5..=��
Resolved Further, That a public hearing be had on said improvement on �hP- 2gth day of
Au,�us_t, 1g7� , at the hour of 1U o'e�lock A.M., in the Council Chamber of the Court
House and City Hall Building in the City of St. Paul. That the Commissioner of Finance give notice of
said meeting to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, stating the time and plaoe of
hearing, the nature of the improvement and the total oost thereof as estimated.
