RESOLVED, that Robert B. Peterson be paid the sum of
$2,362.50 out of the Workmen's Compensation Account of the
General Fund in full settlem�nt of his claim against the
City of Saint Paul for compensation resulting from his
injury of Ma.y 6, 1966, while employed by the Department
of Public Safety, Bureau of Police, whereby he suffered a
15% permanent �artial disability to his back; tha.t of said
sum, $2,362.50 is now due and payable.
