RESOLVED, That the proper City officers are hereby
authorized and directed to enter into a lease agreement
between the State of Minnesota , Department of Highways, and
the City of Saint Paul, for the lease by the City of property
at 199 Smith Avenue for use by the Dep artment of Public
Safety for the storage of police vehicle .
