In the matter of constructing an ornamental lighting system
on SEVENTH STREET EAST from Lafayette Road to Kittson Street, ander
Preliminary Order C.F. 242714, approved March 19, 1969.
RESOLVED, that the plans and specifications for the aboee named
improvement, as submitted by the Commissioner of Public Utilities,
be and the same are hereby approved and be it further
RESOLVED, that the Commissioner of Public Utilities be and is
hereby directed to do the work by Citq Forces at an estimated
construction cost of $8,500.00 plus Engineering Cost and Inspection
Cost of $500.00 or a total o£ $9,000.00, all of which is to be financed
by Assessment.
