SOLVED that Jeanette Sackett, wid of James kett,
employee of the Department of Public Safety, Bureau of Police,
who died on May 22, 1970, while engaged in the performa.nce of
his duties, be paid the sum of $70.00 per week from the
Workmen' s Compensation Account of the General Fund at intervals
of every four weeks, commencing as of May 23, 1970, and con-
tinuing during dependency until the sum of $25,000.00 shall have
been paid, together with $750.00 for funeral expenses incurred;
and tha.t $630.00 in partial settlement, to and including July
25, 1970, is now due and payable.
