R�SOLVED, That the Council hereby concurs in the award of the Contract
Committee therefor and hereby awards contract for f�rnishing all labor,
ma,terials and equigsnent necessary or incidental to the Construction of
UTILITY BUILDING at SUN RAY BRANCH LIBRARY, Wilson Avenue at Pedersen Street,
Saint Pau1, Minnesota for the Department of Libraxies, Auditorium, and Civic
Buildings to GLADSTONE IMPROVEMENT COMPANY for the contract price of �5 ,616.00
in accordance with the plans and specifications and Formal Bid #4158 of said
Gladsto.ne Improvement Company, such bid being the lowest and said Gladstone �
Improvement Company being a responsible bidder and the Corporation Counsel
be and hereby is directed to draft the proper form of contract therefor,
and the �roper City officials hereby axe authorized to execute said contract
on behalf of the City of Saint Paul.
