to the p'Iat on file and of record in the
offtce of the Register of Deeds in and for
the County of Ramsey, Minnesota.
IdHEREAS, Pursuant to Resotution C�F. 249301, approved June 16, 1970,
a public hea�tng was duly held on Tuesday, June 30, 1970, before the Council
of the City of Saint Paul, said hearjng pertaintng to the condition of the
s�ructure located at 624 East Caok Street, Sa�tnt Paul, Minnesota; and
WHERFAS, Upon the facts present�d at the said hearing, consisting of
photographs, �nspectton reparts and the recommendation of the City Arch�Itect,
it is found and determined by the City Council that according to the records
and f�1es tn the office of f.he Register of Deeds, the tast record oa+mers of
the a6ave-described property are George J. Brown, Harry R. Stewart and
Norma'�ee Stewart, and that according to the records �n the Ramsey County
Auditor's Office �eorge Bacon has sane in�erest 1n the property; and that
there are no other iien holders af record; that it �ts further determined that
the a6ove-descrtbed buiid�ng constitu��s a hazardaus build�ng w�tth�n the
definit�on of M�nnesota Statutes, Sec�ion �63.T5, for the foilow�tng reasons:

by unauthorized persons and to vandalism;

d. The buildinq �s unfit for human habitation in its present
condition and must be corrected so as to comply with the Saint
Paul Building Code and Housing Code;
e. The building constitutes a nuisance and a hazard to the
public peace, health, safety and welfare because of its physical
damage, dilapidation, abandonment and inadequate maintenance;
now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That in accordance with Minnesota Statutes, Section 463.15
through 463.26, and based upon the foregoing findings of the City Council ,
the Council of the City of Saint Paul does hereby make the following Order:
. ORDER
1 �� The owner of the above-described building shall make the same safe
a nd not` �etrimental to the public peace, health, safety and welfare by having
the said building razed and the materials therefrom removed from the premises
�;' > within thirty (30) days from the date of the service of this Order.
2. Unless such corrective action is taken to comply with this Order or
an answer served upon the City of Saint Paui and filed in the office of the
Clerk of the District Court of Ramsey County, Minnesota, within twenty (20)
days from the date of the service of this Order, a Motion for Sumrnary Enforce-
ment of this�'Order to raze and remove the said buildinq will be made to the
R amsey County District Court;

3. In the event that the building is to be razed by the City of Saint
Paul pursuant to �udgment of the District Court, all personal property or
fixtures which may unreasonably interfere with the razing and removal of this
building shall be removed within ten (10) days from the entry of ,�udgment; and
if not so removed, the City of Saint Paul shall remove and dispose of such
personal property ar� fixtures as provided by law;
