RESOLVED, that the ouncil hereby ratifies and approves the
action of the Saint Paul Board of Appeals and Review for the Hous-
ing, Building and Eire Prevention Codes at its meeting of June 10,
1970 pertaining to the property located at 141 East 9th Street,
owned by Tord L. Bjork and described as :
Lot 11, Block 10, Robert and Randall 's Addition;
waiving the requirement of Section 54 .11 of the Saint Paul Leg-
islative Code that each dwelling unit be equipped with a water
closet, lavatory and bathtub or shower� on condition that additional
facilities be added on to the first floor of the property to
total six toilet facilities in the building; and be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, that said waiver be granted until such time
as the property located at 141 East 9th Street be sold or any other
right, title or interest be transferred at which time said waiver
be nullified; and be it
FINALLY RESOLVED, that the City Clerk is hereby authorized
and directed to transmit a copy of this resolution to the Ramsey
County Register of Deeds.
