PAUL FIOENCIL NO. • OFFICE OF THE CITY CLERK CO NCI RESOLUTION-GENERAL FORM PRESENTED BY COMMISSIONE ATF WI�REAS, The Commii,tee on I,ands, composed of the Mayor, the Purchasing Agent, the Commissioner of Finance, and the Commissioner of Parks and Recreation and Public Buildings of the City of Saint Pa.ul, has secured an agreement for the purchase of that certain ?�roperty described as follows: Lot l, Block 3, Como Prospect Addition, acc. WI�REAS, The property described therein is necessary for the I,oeb Lake Park Site, and the price at which the property may be purchased is at the total a.mount of �10,000.00, a fair and reasonable price according to the appraisal obtained by the Committee on Lands; and WI�REAS, Said Committee has recommended the purchase of said property at the price stated above, as evidenced by the letter of said Committee submitted herewith; now, therefore, be it RESOLVED, That pursuant to Section 303 of the Charter of the City of Saint Paul, the Council of the City of Saint Paul does hereby authorize the purchase of the land described as: Lot l, Block 3, Como Prospect Addition, acc. RESOLVED FURTHER, That the proper City Officials are hereby authorized and directed to pay to John H. Weidell., record fee owner, the sum of $10,000.00, said sum to be paid to the aforesaid vendor from PIR F�a.nd Code 6000, to be reimbursed from Fund 9769-502-00�, upon his furnishing evidence of good marketable title in the aforesaid vendor, and the total payment to be made upon �ender by said party of appropriate deeds conveying title to said property to the City of Saint Paul.
